Returns Policy
Preamble :
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It should also preferably be in the original packaging.
The previously stated acceptance procedure will differ if your item is faulty or damaged upon receipt of the package; in this case, please follow the procedure described in the section concerning exchanges (below).
Section 1 - Refunds (if applicable):
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain timeframe.
Section 2 - Late or missing reimbursements (if applicable):
If you have not yet received a refund, please check your bank account again.
Next, contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially issued.

Section 3 - Items for sale (if applicable):
Only regularly priced items can be refunded; unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Section 4 - Exchange (if applicable):
We only replace items if they are defective and/or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please email us at: contact@stepperscare.com
In this email, we invite you to attach the order number (or a copy of the invoice) and proof (a photo or video of the defective and/or damaged items) and send your item to the address indicated on the packaging of your parcel.

Customer address
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it takes for the exchanged product to reach you may vary. (24 to 37 business days)
If you are shipping an item worth more than €75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
